MgO provides the system with a buffer solution of 9-9,5, which prohibits the formation of Hydrogent sulfide (H2S). H2S is the source of the stench in sewage network 2. MgO is added in water can generate OH- group, which can neutralize H+, thus prohibit to form sulfur acid. Then it can protect the sewage network. 3. Remove ammonia (NH4+) & phosphorus (PO43-) from domestic and industrial waste water.
