We're manufacturers of magnesium products, such as magnesium oxide and magnesium sulfate. While we do trade other fertilizers and feed products, we always maintain a low-price inventory, ensuring that customers can buy products below market price even during price hikes.
02.What payment methods do you accept?
Our payment methods are very flexible: TT/LC/BL with terms ranging from 30 to 150 days.
03.How long does it take to receive ordered goods?
The time varies depending on the product. For instance, whether the product requires inspection or not, and sometimes adjustments are made based on shipping costs and the urgency of the customer.
04.Can damaged products during transportation be replaced?
When such situations occur, we'll provide assistance and find solutions for you.
05.What are the shipping options?
We can offer 20GP/40NOR/40HQ containers and will recommend based on shipping costs and product volume.
06.What services are provided after placing an order?
After placing an order, dedicated logistics personnel will follow up throughout the process, proactively updating customers on shipping schedules, providing loading photos, draft shipping documents, and shipping advice.
07.Is there a certificate for magnesium oxide?
For magnesium oxide, we can provide Fami-Qs, ISO 9001, ISO 14001 certifications to meet customer needs. We also offer SGS third-party testing reports for heavy metals and dioxins, providing reliable quality assurance for customers.
