01.What payment methods do you accept?
We accept different payment methods, such as TT (Telegraphic Transfer), LC (Letter of Credit), and BL (Bill of Lading). You can choose to pay within 30, 60, 90, 120, or 150 days.
02.How long does it take to receive ordered goods?
Once we agree on the contract, it usually takes about one month for the goods to be delivered. However, this timeframe may change depending on shipping costs and how urgently you need the products.
03.Are you a trading company or a manufacturer?
We are a chemical trading company. In China, many factories only sell their products in large quantities and don't interact directly with customers. That's why trading companies like us help facilitate transactions.
04.Can damaged products during transportation be replaced?
Although we take strict precautions, sometimes unexpected events like rough seas can cause problems during transportation. If that happens, we will assist you and find solutions to resolve the situation.
05.What are the shipping options?
We offer different shipping options, such as 20GP, 40NOR, and 40HQ. The choice of shipping method depends on the cost and the volume of the products you're ordering.
06.What services are provided after placing an order?
After placing an order, dedicated logistics personnel will follow up throughout the process, proactively updating customers on shipping schedules, providing loading photos, draft shipping documents, and shipping advice.
07.Can samples be provided?
Most chemical products are considered hazardous, so sending samples by mail can be expensive. The factories we work with are Chinese brands that follow national standards and maintain stable quality.
