Application

In Agriculture

Ferrous sulfate monohydrate can adjust soil pH values and promote the formation of chlorophyll (also known as Fe-fertilizer), preventing the yellowing of flowers and trees caused by a deficiency of ferrum. It is an indispensable element for acidophilous flowers and trees, especially iron trees. It can also be used as a pesticide to prevent and control wheat smut, scab of apples and pears, and rot of fruit trees; it can also be used as a fertilizer to remove moss and lichen on tree trunks.
