Magnesium Oxide Powder for Grinding Wheels

High-purity magnesium oxide powder for grinding wheels is suitable. MgO 92% and 94% are recommended because of low CaO and low SiO2. Emery grains, along with magnesium oxide and magnesium chloride, are applied to the rice sheller cone in rice mills for polishing rice with minimum broken grains and faster output. The special rice polishing-grade emery grains form a superior oxychloride bond, and as a result, the stone lasts longer.

In construction, magnesium oxide is used to produce MgO board, which is virtually impervious to fire, water, and insects; does not feed mold or mildew; is non-toxic, non-flammable, and non-combustible; is durable; maintains its dimensional stability even when wet; and has an exceptional bonding surface.

For livestock Plant fertilizer and animal feeds are often deficient in the required magnesium levels for healthy animal nutrition. A supplemental source of magnesium is required to maintain healthy levels in a ruminant's diet. MgO offers a high concentration of magnesium as well as excellent biological availability.
