Epsom salt, with the chemical name magnesium sulfate heptahydrate, is not edible without sodium. Divided into agricultural grade, industrial grade, and food grade. Food grades can be used as cosmetic additives and bath salts at the same time. Agricultural grade can be processed into water-soluble fertilizer or water-soluble NPK fertilizer because of its excellent water solubility.
