Polymer polyol POP-2025 is a unique graft polyether polyol that contains styrene and acrylonitrile, with a solid content of 25%. POP-2025 polyol is designed to enhance foam hardness in the production of slabstock foam and viscoelastic memory foam. It can be used to produce high-load bearing foams across a wide density range. POP-2025 can be utilized in formulations that use all TDI, TDI/polymeric MDI blends, or all polymeric MDI components. |

Slabstock Foam Production: Polymer polyol POP-2025 is used to enhance the hardness and load-bearing properties of slabstock foam, which is commonly used in furniture, mattresses, and automotive seating. Viscoelastic Memory Foam: POP-2025 is ideal for producing viscoelastic (memory) foam, which is known for its excellent pressure-relief properties and is widely used in mattresses, pillows, and other comfort products. High-Load Bearing Foams: Due to its ability to produce foams with a wide density range, POP-2025 is used in applications where high-load bearing foams are required, offering durability and support in various cushioning and padding applications. Flexible Foam Applications: Polymer polyol POP-2025 can be formulated with different isocyanate components (TDI, TDI/polymeric MDI blends, or all polymeric MDI) to create flexible foams for diverse industrial applications. |
