| What Is Polymer Polyol SD-600? |
Polymer Polyol SD-600 is a high-activity, high-solid-content polymer polyol free from BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene) and amines. It has a solid content of 43.5% and a styrene content controlled below 15 ppm.
When used in high-resilience polyurethane foam, it can significantly enhance the foam's modulus and hardness, increase the open-cell rate, and improve resilience. This improves the mechanical properties of the foam while reducing its density, thereby lowering production costs.
Consequently, SD-600 is widely used in applications such as cold-molded foams and block foams for producing high-resilience, high-load, high-hardness, and low-density soft and semi-rigid polyurethane foams. |
