Polymer Polyol SD-200

Polymer polyol SD-200 is a type of polymer polyol with a solid content of around 50%. It contains a controlled amount of styrene, which is kept below 15mg/Kg. It utilizes a new environmentally friendly initiator that does not contain the hazardous substance methyl butyronitrile, which is a decomposition product of azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN). SD-200 does not contain solid large particle residues, which prevents clogging of the foaming machine. It incorporates environmentally friendly antioxidants without butylated hydroxytoluene (BHT).

Polymer polyol SD-200 can be widely used in the production of block-shaped, ultra-high hardness flexible foams, as well as in hot molding and other foam applications. It has a higher solid content compared to polymer polyol SD-200 and exhibits good flowability. When mixed with water, its viscosity does not increase. SD-200 is particularly suitable for high hardness sponges, as it provides a better foam texture compared to SD-100. During foaming, SD-200 has a slower initiation time and does not cause significant density variations in the foam structure.
