| What Is Polymer Polyol SD-100? |
Polymer polyol SD-100 is a low-viscosity, high-solids-content polymer polyol designed for general-purpose flexible foam applications. It has a solids content of 45% and does not contain BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene).
Polymer polyol SD-100 is widely used in the production of high-hardness flexible foam blocks and hot-molded foams. The styrene content is controlled to be below 15 mg/kg, and it uses a new environmentally friendly initiator that does not contain harmful substances like methylbutyronitrile, which can be decomposed from azobisisobutyronitrile (AIBN).
Additionally, polymer polyol SD-100 has no large solid particulate residues, preventing clogging of the foaming machine head. |
