Guangdong Announces Carbon Emission Quota In 2020

Guangdong issued the implementation plan of carbon emission quota allocation in 2020 (hereinafter referred to as the plan) to further improve the carbon emission trading market mechanism. According to the plan, the industrial enterprises included in the carbon emission management and trading scope in 2020 are electric power, cement, steel, petrochemical, papermaking and civil aviation.
