STAR GRACE MID-YEAR TEAM BUILDING SUCCESSFULLY HELD on 27/08/2021
The Star Grace Mining Co., Ltd hold its mid-year team building on 27th August 2021. All of the company staff attended the team building event. The event was hosted in a campground, which located at Dalian West Forest Park, Dalian China. The event was divided into three parts, dance performance, team building games and dinner barbecue. The company hired a professional photography team to record the wonderful moments of the event.
For the first part, all the staff arrived at the campground and quickly set up the venue for the dance performance. The dance group was composed by part of colleagues who come from different departments, after two weeks of practice and rehearsal, they successfully performed the Chinese classical dance they prepared.
The second part was team-building games, our company hired a coach from a professional team building event planning company to host the progress. All the staff were randomly divided into two teams for attending the next four popular teamwork games. Through these games, inspire of increase all the members’ happiness. It also accelerated the speed of new employees’ integration into the Star Grace family and tightened the relationship between different departments.
When the night falls, the buffet barbecue started. For dinner, the purchasing group prepared various kinds of meat, seafood, vegetables and drinks. Finally, everyone made effort to quickly clean up the venue and garbage after a break and perfectly ended the mid-year team building event.
