Polymer Polyol POP-36/30

Polymer polyol POP-36/30 is a type of polymeric polyol with a solid content of 30%. It is known for its high reactivity, lack of BHT (butylated hydroxytoluene) and amines, and low odor. The benzene content is carefully controlled to be below 10 parts per million (ppm). This particular polyol is commonly used in the production of high-rebound polyurethane foams.

When incorporated into high-rebound polyurethane foam formulations, POP-36/30 offers several advantages. It significantly improves the foam's modulus and hardness, resulting in a firmer and more resilient foam structure. Additionally, it increases the open-cell content of the foam, which improves breathability and enhances the foam's rebound properties.
