Industry chain

The main raw material for the production of sodium sulfate is sodium sulfate, which naturally occurs in the form of glauberite and glauberite ore. There are more than ten types of glauberite ores in nature, of which two are of industrial value. One type is sodium glauberite (that is, glauberite decahydrate and anhydrous glauberite), which is mostly distributed in modern salt lake deposits, while calcium glauberite mostly exists in ancient salt lake deposits. The mineral resources of mirabilite are the main raw materials for the production of sodium sulfate. Currently, the total proven reserves of mirabilite in China are around 20 billion tons (calculated by sodium sulfate anhydrous), ranking first in the world.

2. Production areas in the middle and lower reaches of the Yangtze River (Hubei, Hunan, Jiangsu, etc.);

3. Production areas in the Yellow River Basin (Inner Mongolia, Shanxi, Shaanxi, Henan, etc.)
