Status

Sodium sulfate, also known as anhydrous mirabilite, is anhydrous. White or light yellow, granular crystals or powder, with a bitter salty taste and temperature absorption. Relative density: 2.68; melting point: 884 °C; soluble in water; alkaline solution; insoluble in ethanol. Exposed to air, it is easy to absorb moisture and become aqueous sodium sulfate. Sodium sulfate (anhydrous sodium sulfate) is widely used in vinyl, styrofoam, bleaching and dyeing, synthetic detergents, glass, papermaking, tanning, anti-corrosion of oil and gas pipelines, metal smelting, surface treatment, fillers, and other industries.
