Production Material

One is the glauberite deposit, which uses a chamber water dissolution method to dissolve glauberite in the chamber and then pumps the solution to a chemical plant. After refining, the solution is sent to the evaporation process. This production method is more common in the Sichuan and Hunan regions of China.

The second is the deep underground anhydrous sodium sulfate deposit, which is mined using the drilling water solution method. The factory presses water into one end of the connecting well to dissolve the underground ore to a certain concentration, and then it flows out from the other end. The solution is then pumped to a chemical plant for refining and treatment before use. This mining method is more common in the Jiangsu, Henan, and Hunan regions of China.

The third is the inland salt lake mirabilite mine, which has been industrialized since the founding of New China and has the most mature technology. This type of mine includes both lake water deposits, shallow mirabilite deposits, and buried mirabilite deposits buried around 100m deep underground. However, the salt composition contains a high content of miscellaneous salts. This type of mine is mainly distributed in Shanxi and Inner Mongolia, the most typical of which is the Yuncheng Salt Lake in Shanxi Province. Its mining method is the natural freezing method in the beach field. First, the mineral salt is dissolved and recrystallized, and then solid-liquid separation is performed. Then, the mirabilite obtained from the separation is transported to a chemical plant for the production of sodium sulfate.
