Application of magnesium oxide MgO (caustic calcined magnesite CCM, powder and granular 60% 65% 70% 75% 80% 85% 90% 92% 94% 95%):
Caustic calcined magnesite (CCM) is produced from raw magnesite at around 900 °C. The main chemical component is magnesium oxide MgO. Fomular is MgO. We can provide 60mesh, 120mesh, 200mesh, and 325mesh. Most customers prefer 200mesh. Since the burning temperature is low, some customers call it light magnesium oxide, or light calcined magnesite (LCM).

Here are the magnesium oxide MgO application fields as below:
1. Magnesium fertilizer in agriculture.
2. Magnesium neutron for animals
3. Raw material to produce magnesium sulfate and magnesium nitrate.
4. Neutralize acid in waste water.
5. Raw material in abrasive stones, such as millstones, emery stones, and polishing stones.
6. It is used to produce fireproof board in construction. MgO board has the advantages of high temperature resistance, flame retardant, sound absorption, shock resistance, waterproof and moisture-proof, moth-proof, light anti-corrosion, non-toxic, odorless, and pollution-free. It can directly adhere to the surface and top of ceramic tiles and has high strength, bending resistance, and toughness. The disadvantage is that decoration cannot be done directly.
7. Magnesium oxide MgO board is a technologically advanced building material that offers superior performance in every category when compared to traditional wood, gypsum, and cement-based products. Light bulk, loose, white amorphous powder. No smell, no poison. Density: 3.58 g/cm3. Insoluble in pure water and organic solvents, the solubility of water increases with the presence of carbon dioxide. Soluble in acid, ammonium salt solution.
Magnesium oxide MgO board is used in place of traditional gypsum drywall as a wall and as a covering for ceiling material and sheathing. It is also used in a number of other construction applications, such as fascia, soffit, partition walls, shaft-liner and area separation, wall sheathing, and as tile backing (backer board) or as substrates for coatings and insulation systems such as finish systems, EIFS, and some types of stucco.
